Children- Yoga + Art Explorations

Bring the experience to you! Yoga and art explorations is designed for kids from ages 5-12, combining movement, mindfulness, breath work, and process art. Each session is an hour long and we provide the art supplies. and you just bring a yoga mat and your breathing buddy (a.k.a small stuffed animal or squishmallow). We will work with you with your ideas and incorporate a beautiful children’s book if you like!

Travel Fees
